Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using SoundDock Studios services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not book or use our facilities.

2. Bookings and Access

• Bookings reserve a room or gear for a defined time. Access begins at the scheduled start.
• Your setup and teardown occur within the reserved window.
• We may request identification for security and safety.

3. Fees and Payment

• Rates are listed in the catalog. Taxes and surcharges, if applicable, are shown before checkout.
• Late exit past the reserved time may incur additional hourly charges.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before or during a booking.

4. Cancellations and Credits

Cancel at least 48 hours in advance for full credit. Inside 48 hours, 50% credit applies. No-shows are not credited.

5. Conduct and Safety

• Keep liquids away from electronics. Food is for lounge areas.
• No smoking or vaping inside the facility.
• Follow staff directions for safe operation of equipment.

6. Damage and Responsibility

You are responsible for damage beyond normal wear. Please notify us immediately of any issues so we can keep sessions safe.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your recordings. We do not claim ownership of your material.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoundDock Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our facilities.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. Updates take effect upon posting. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
